In the midst of all the confusion and conflicting reports concerning this virus, I’m labeling it, “Covid -19 chaos.” But first, have you ever heard the expression, “Order out of chaos?”
This is a term used by an inner circle of elites to gain more power and control. Now here’s the idea behind this expression; disorder is created so citizens will hand over their freedoms more easily. This is a tried and true method throughout history.
So let me explain; first a problem (partially real or fake) is created. Secondly, they (today that would be mainstream media) fan the flames (fearmongering). Thirdly, a solution is provided that the power elites wanted in the first place, but could not achieve under normal circumstances.
This is a tried and true method of deception and manipulation. Now this deception is coming from the spirit of the antichrist which is clearly prevalent in today’s world.
Now we know what the Bible states about the antichrist. One of his main objectives is to institute a one world government. Today this is labeled as the New World Order (NWO).
Right now what I believe is that the spirit of antichrist and his agenda are already at play on the world stage, and the agenda is ramping up fast.
“For there is nothing hidden which will not be revealed, nor has anything been kept secret but that it should come to light” (Mark 4:22).
The NWO agenda is multilayered and complex and much of this system has been implemented in secrecy. But this has changed over the past few years. As the scripture above states, “hidden things will be revealed, and secrets shall come to light.”
What is the NWO? A totalitarian world government. We know the Bible speaks of a one world government at the end of the church age. Today this NWO agenda is on overdrive.
“And authority was given him over every tribe, tongue, and nation” (Revelation 13:7b).
Subsequently this scripture describes how one man (antichrist) will become the leader of a one-world government which is recognized as sovereign over all other governments.
There are many scriptures in the Bible about the antichrist and how he will instill a one world system of currency, one world religion etc. For more information about the antichrist and his system read Daniel 7, 8, and Revelation 13.
Meanwhile if we as believers study the Bible in regards to current events and end times, we gain a better understanding of God’s perspective and His truth.
Now the spirit of antichrist is the driving force behind this Covid – 19 chaos.
Today what’s hard for us is to discern what is the truth amidst this Covid – 19 chaos. Truth is hard to find, and you have to dig deep to find it.
Gaining God’s perspective will help to dismantle the lies being thrown at us 24/7. So let’s focus on God’s truth for a moment:
- Jesus stated, “I am the way, the truth, and the life” (John 14:6). Now here is a truth we can cling to and honestly the most important truth made known to mankind. “Jesus is the true way leading to God. “
- Next, God’s word is truth and sets the standards of morality and the precepts by which we aspire to live by with the help of the Holy Spirit (John 1:1)
- God’s word also gives us much information about prophecy and end times.
- Also, God’s word teaches historical truth.
- Most importantly, God’s word gives us a glimpse into the heart of man which is sinful by nature, but can be regenerated by God’s gift of salvation (“ I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you,” Ezekiel 36:26)
Thus, looking at current events, we see the last days scenario unfolding before us everyday (Matthew 24). So we need to look at current events in light of God’s word. This takes time. Since many activities are at a stand still right now, this is an opportunity for delving deeper into the scriptures.
“However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come” (John 16:13).
When we as believers study God’s word, he discloses truth to us bit by bit, little by little. This is how we gain knowledge and understanding.
This scripture also states, “He will tell you things to come.” Jesus gave us many signs (Matthew 24) to watch for before his second return. Also, God says we will hear him, ( “Everyone who is of the truth hears My voice” – John 18:37). And just to be clear I’m not talking about an audible voice.
“The casting down of truth causes the little horn to prosper (Daniel 8:12). Much truth has been skewed in regards to Covid – 19.
Now the father of lies ( John 8:44) has been twisting truth and turning truth into lies for several decades now. Many believe the lies.
But this is exactly what the spirit of antichrist is all about; deception. The deception, I believe, is so much greater than we could’ve ever imagined.
As illustrated in the scripture above, the little horn’s spirit, which is the spirit of the antichrist, is running amok today causing a storm and frenzy in our nation and world.
Furthermore, there is a pandemic of lies which many choose to believe. This is the pandemic (lies) which should be of greater concern to Christians than catching a flu virus.
Unfortunately, I believe, the flu has been repackaged to incite fear. Meanwhile there is a hidden agenda in which only our omniscient God knows.
Should we be running on fear by all the fear mongering if we really believe Jesus and His promises? He promised to receive us to Himself.
“And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also” (John 14:3).
So whether we die of a virus, suffer, or are persecuted for our faith, or are taken up in the rapture, we are going to be with Him because He promised. God cannot lie. (Numbers 23:19). We need to remind ourselves that our times are in His hands.
He is the one who appoints a time to be born and a time to die (“See now that I, I am He and there is no god besides Me: It is I who put to death and give life” – Deuteronomy 32:39).
Lastly, He has victory over death (“death is swallowed up in victory” – 1Corinthians 15:54)! This is our hope as believers, our souls cannot be destroyed by the enemy, our souls belong to Him.
Next, I want to focus on one aspect of this covid – 19 chaos. As I stated previously, the agenda is multilayered.
“I was watching; and the same horn was making war against the saints, and prevailing against them” (Daniel 7:21). “ It was granted to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them” (Revelation 13:7).
The war with the saints has been going on since the fall of man in the Garden of Eden. Nevertheless, it is increasing with great intensity.
Thus, as we near the end of the church age, we can clearly see this war against the saints (believers) and the church (body).
One mandate that has been put into place is the prohibiting of public gatherings. Yet, “Freedom of assembly” is guaranteed by the First Amendment to the Constitution. This mandate appears to be targeting churches and Bible studies.
Hey folks, don’t you think the devil is kicking up his heels with all Easter services canceled.
Corporate worship is important. The Bible clearly states, “not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much more as you see the day approaching” (Hebrews 10:25).
The Christian life was never meant to be solitary. The body of Christ indicates plurality. Church services promote fellowship and encouragement. They also prevent backsliding and apostasy. Furthermore, church services promote and support the work of the gospel.
A media ministry causes isolation and our Christianity becomes a private matter. Therefore, attending church services promotes a sense of bonding and community.
It’s pretty obvious the driving force behind this Covid – 19 chaos is the spirit of antichrist. Consequently, this could be the first phase of dismantling our churches across the nation and the world. Let’s pray that this is not the case.
However, the scriptures indicate that in the last days lawlessness will increase (Matthew 24:12). We now have federal, state and local leaders who openly disregard the law.
The scriptures also state that Christians will be persecuted as they always have throughout the centuries (Philippians 1:29, 2 Timothy 3:12, Matthew 5:11, Matthew 5:10, John 15:20).
Furthermore, Jesus stated “in the world you will have tribulation” (John 16:33). Perhaps persecution of the church in the U.S. is closer than we would like to believe.
“Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded” (James 4:8).
One thing we know for sure is that God’s purposes will not be thwarted:
- One purpose could be revival within our hearts and moving forward in the sanctification process. The sanctification process is a lifelong journey. “Sanctify them by your truth, Your word is truth” (John 17:17).
- Another purpose could be a revival. Revival usually comes during difficult times and persecution.
- Lastly, we could be stepping closer to the Great Tribulation in which monumental deceptions will take place. The stage is being set right now as we have found ourselves thrust into a world literally changed overnight.
To conclude; how this covid – 19 chaos will play out, only God knows. Meanwhile, we need to watch, wait, pray, and live out God’s purposes and will for our lives. Most importantly, we need to listen to the words of Jesus:
“He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches” (Revelation 3:13).

Hi Aida! Well said. We can certainly now clearly see how our government, all governments, can quickly take control. I also think of Revelations words, “no place to hide.” Whether the Antichrist will rise up sooner or later on from now, we must all be prayerful and on guard. My hope is that Christians everywhere will take this opportunity to be a witness and a light for Christ. Stop the politics and being a voice for this candidate or that. We are living in perilous times! People are wondering, many are questioning… I pray that God will use us for His purposes during this hour. We were born for such a time as this!
